Makro delivered , used, scratched, muddy item as New.

I bought a Hooverboard for my son's birthday, on the 3.01.2023, it was delivered on the 6th, for today's birthday gift. When he opened the box , jerrr the item is used, damaged with mud and scratches, packaging is different from the item inside. MAKRO SPOILS MY CHILD'S DAY.
