Makro delivered me a wrong order and they quite about it

I bought two (2) Russell Hobbs breakfast packs during Black Friday.

On the 30th November 2018 I received only one (1) order, and a wrong order of Wahl barber kit. I did not order the barber kit, please come pick it up and bring what I have ordered which is another Russell Hobbs breakfast pack.

This is unacceptable.
