Makro delivered item short

Hi there, i purchased items online & received delivery with an item missing, i emailed Makro to explain, but they keep asking me did i click "add on item" which i rep**** numerous times saying yes i did, i even sent them a screenshot of the online order, the paint roller arrived but not the tray, the day the driver delivered the items was the day i emailed Makro to explain & that was on the 27th of April 2022, i still don't have the item & it's paid for. That's not right
