MAKRO DELIVERED DAMAGED GOODS TO ME MONTHS AGO AND STILL NOT REFUNDED MY R4199!

I ordered a bed and a mattress a few months ago ,by the time it was delivered the headboard was damaged.I then returned it and to date they have not refunded my money for the headboard of R4199.It is JULY already and they keep saying they are addressing it.No proof sent ,just excuses and blatant lies actually because they say its bene paid then say sorry theres a backlog.They quik to take your money but not return it.I am a single mom and I need that money.It may not mean much to them but its a lot to me.I dont know what else to do .I just want my money and to never deal with makro again seeing that this is how they treat their customers.
