Makro deliver my orders

I am very disappointed with Makro online.

I bought 6x6 cases of tomato sauce, Makro Vaal accepted the order. It was damaged when i received it. Booked a return the store got back to me after 2 weeks. They asked how I wanted my return to be handled refund or replaced. I choose replacement because the price had gone up. They remain quiet for another 2 weeks then i wake up to a refund in my account. When I follow up about the refund they say they did not get i asked for a replacement. Okay, now that you are at fault can i get my order back because i have no use of the money. I successfully pay back the money to the store account on 27 October 2024. It clears on a Wednesday then courier takes my parcel on 1 November. Courier is quiet until they contact me on 7 November saying they will deliver. They never delivered. I kept on sending emails to Makro Vaal and they would not respond until i call them on 21 November because i was now ****ed. They acted surprised to learn that I have sent emails and they have not seen them. When doing a follow up with the courier they had used Value Express they sent emails and even called saying my parcel was delivered on the 07th i must check with my building security or building manager. I was like who authorised that the parcel be collected on my behalf, they had no answer and hung up the phone in my ear. When asking Makro about this seemed to be reluctant because they had no direct liability. I kept on calling Makro on the same day until someone more professional called Value Express and they checked my boxes and saw that the parcel on the 07th was being returned by the driver to the depot.

They manage to deliver after almost a month but the 1 of the cases was damaged so i told the value express driver to return with it. I sent an email to Makro Vaal on the same day and other numerous emails plus calls they have not responded too. I am now tired of all of this. If you are refunding my money make it at the current price for R65/2.

Makro Crown Mines accepted my black friday order on 1 December and Value Express collected on 05 December 2024. Till to date there hasn't been any communication. When you try to call the stores they don't answer, emails no response.

Makro please deliver my orders.
