Makro delays refund again and again.

Makro again fail to refund me. I submitted my Bank details and proof of payment twice to Makro. Now I get an email from Payflex to do the same again. This is rediculous. They must refund me plus interest. Os this how this unscrupolous firm make money on keeping our refund money?
