Makro delaying to cancell and refund

On the 20/11/2024 I’ve purchased a stove at Makro online and I got a massage that I will receive it by 25/11/2024 on the 26 I called the wumdrop the delivery company because I didn’t receive the order they said they failed to deliver because they had an invalid cell number I asked when are they gonna deliver the agent said she doesn’t know because the item it’s from the warehouse,the following day I called makro and cancelled the order and asked for a refund 27/11/2024 till today I’ve been calling the agents keep on saying they have escalated the matter to finance and cancellation team but the finance and cancellation department they are not responding,am so disappointed at Makro and its team
