Makro defy stove 2 weeks not working technician still on way

Bought a defy hob and stove in February 2021 Makro. Here I was thinking defy is a reliable product, then the Hob decided not to work. I reported the mater at Makro 2 weeks ago, am still sitting without a working stove. Still patiently waiting for the defy techniciuan apparently
