Makro (defy service Sandton)
Makro extended warranty. I have been made to wait for 3 days for a technician to come check on my washing machine. Wednesday he didn’t pitch and didn’t have a decency to inform me that he won’t be coming. I was then told yesterday that he will be here by 9am on Friday after taking it upon myself to find out what happened on Wednesday. It’s past 10 and no one is here. I am very angry and disappointed. I have to be home for this.

19 Jan 2024, 12:23And yes a technician was here, it seems the draining pump needs to be replaced. I hope I won’t have to wait for too long again since I cannot do my laundry. Got a call from Makro too and the lady I spoke to promised to see that the replacement is done promptly
