Makro/Defy not honouring gaurantee

I purchased a defy dishwasher from Makro in Woodmead about 2 months ago. Recently water has been running out of the door whilst the dishwasher is running and the bottom tray keeps flipping up which has caused damage to some of my kitchenware. I went to the store to bring this to their attention and was promised by Paul from Defy that he would contact me and arrange for a repair. Yet, I am still awaiting...
