Makro & Defy are Useless

Bought a Defy Washing Machine November 2023 and have had a technician in 3 times. Makro and Defy refuse to have my machine replaced. Management has sent me emails about information they suck out of their thumbs. Management from Makro doesnt return your calls. Your complaint does not matter. DEFY and MAKRO takes your money and you better hope you get some sort of after service from them.
