Makro deceived me

On the 27th November I placed an online order at around 7 am for the black Friday opening. When ordering I saw 2-5 working day delivery, however after making the payment I saw 7-10 working delivery time. Now I would have never made the payment if I saw that first, the worse part is that the order was not even packaged to be sent to the courier until the 4th of December. Contacted the call centre and they couldnt even help. Also on the same day I placed my order I called them to say i would like to change the order to a pick up, the person said I cannot do that, I called the following week and a different person told me I could have changed it to a pickup order only on the first day I placed the order.. Now I'm just un assisted and ignored my the makro employees. Their customer service is unprofessional. You have better luck going into the store to purchase.
