I go to Makro Centurion to buy a vacuum cleaner. There are about 7 different models one can choose from.....

I decide to by an ELECTROLUX, which by the way, is the most expensive one !

We use it........and it starts cutting out..... Take it back, I am told that we should clean the filters, as if we don't know that !! REALLY I fetch it and after a week, guess what ?? It cuts out AGAIN!!!

I am phoned by Makro, who now puts it onto the manufacturer...... The manufacturer tells me that there is NOTHING wrong with the machine and that they will NOT refund me OR exchange the product. It is in the store and I can fetch it......

I told them that I will NOT accept that, but that is their stance....

Absolutely pathetic service from the MIGHTY MAKRO as well as ELECTROLUX....
