Makro Cusyomer service will give you more grieve than help

The single worst customer service I have ever had the misfortune of coming across. From *********** employee's to managers who shouldn't be allowed to breed in order to protect humanity against regression and everything in between. I will NEVER do business with these useless despots again. After 4 months of phone calls, emails and numerous complaints, I STILL haven't managed to receive ANY help on my item which broke after only 2 months of owning it. I would hope that every company, especially one of Makro's size and power, would manage to uphold the Consumer Protection Act. I honestly wish I could put negative stars in this rating system. DO NOT BUY FROM MAKRO! THEY WILL ACTIVELY GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO ***** YOU OVER!
