Makro Customers and Sellers - Stay Away beware

Firstly let me say, that I am both a customer and a seller on the Makro Portal. As a seller you need to be very careful as Makro will bankrupt you. Unless your margin is 400% to 800% you might make a profit. To give you an idea. Last sale was R5850.00 my payout? R1650! They have many hidden costs to trick you. They will eat you alive.

But, my rant is more about how bad their delivery service is. Every order I have placed with their online store has been late. What get's me angry on this one, not only is it 5 days late, they don't advise you that your order was cancelled!!! According to them their courier service was at the seller to collect 3 times and 3 times the seller was closed on their arrival. Why were they closed? Because they arrived after 5pm. Guess what? Businesses close between 4:30 and 5:00 pm!! Useless. I wonder how long it will take to get my money back from these rogues.
