Makro Customer Service stinks!

I have been waiting for a refund for an order that Makro cancelled for 11 days now. 5 emails later they updated my order and informed I would get a refund in 5 working days. Noone responded to any of my emails and no refund has been forthcoming. The only reason why they have not just kept my money is because I have complained multiple times. Do not buy at Makro online. They will cancel your order and keep your money if you don't bug them non-stop. The Makro customer service sucks!
