Makro customer service is PATHETIC

After ordering a online only product on 10 October 2023. All my profile information as well as delivery information was correct. Got a notification that my order was picked up by the courier on 18 October 2023, received a notification that the order has been delivered on the same day. Only nothing was delivered. After numerous emails and calls, I went to the courier company in question with a waybill number and was informed by them that the package was delivered to Kuruman! I am in Polokwane. I have sent more than 20 follow up emails regarding this issue with no resolution in sight. This is PATHETIC
