Makro customer service is horrible!!!
It is now 2 full months and Makro still has not refunded my money of R2000.
I have been posting reviews here and each time for the past 3 weeks they send the same message via email saying my documents were forwarded to the Finance Department for refund approval.
Makro treats their customers badly. Up to now my query has not been resolved. They act like R2000 is R200, regardless of what amount it is, you need to refund your customers.
