Makro customer service from hell

I'm bot sure if Makro is short staffed or what as theie online shopping is the worst. I bought goods on the 20th of August, till today no delivery, so uestee I decided to cancel the order and get my refund. I was advised rhat id receive and email regarding the cancelation as well as a call, Im still waiting. This is rhw worst customer service I've received. I can't believe in 2024 we still struggle to get right, such a big company treating me like I'm not important whereas its not my first time ordering from them. I just want my money back pls!!!
