Makro customer service

We purchased a new skyworth tv from Makro silverlakes ,we moved to the south coast and we got a problem with the Tv there local agent collected it and found the motherboard was defective Skyworth did not have the boards in stock so they instructed Bongi from silverlakes to credit me Because we moved from Centurion to Port Edward we could not get it from them after a few days and lots of calls to Her we were told they would collaborate with Makro Amanzintoti but nothing was done I asked for a refund it was done on the 30th May now 9 days later and my refund money has still not been paid to my account and was told another 2-3 days again. This is totally unacceptable
