Makro Customer Care is Appalling.

Last year I purchased a Defy Refigerator from Makro Woodmead. I noticed that the freezer drawers and the door bottle compartment were of extremely poor quality. Sure enough, in November last year 3 drawers and the door compartment broke. After 3 attempts to contact Makro, the eventual reply from their customer care(less) Mahlatse Makgatho was that REFRIERATOR DRAWERS ARE CONSIDERED AS ACCESSORIES!!!! This is insane. My advice to potential customers is to disregard Makro and shop elsewhere. Their customer care is absolutely useless. Purchase at your peril. You willl have NO help if anything goes awry.
