MAKRO CRS ACCOUNT number ***

I'd like to report the ***** that was made on my name by Makro while I was in hospital on January there were purchases made on my account while my card was with me on my wallet so I only find out about it when I was out of hospital my phone was not working by then had canceled the contract with MTN a month ago so my number was blocked while I was at Hospital. I went shopping at Makro Vallmall to buy some groceries I knew I had a huge amount of credit available because I've been a loyal customer for a long time to my surprise when I'm supposed to swipe my Makro credit card I was told that I run out of credit because apparently I've exceeded my credit limits for me to purchase I need to make a payment first shock of my life and then I told the lady from the till that it's impossible the last time I checked I only owed 1600 but to my surprise I was told I owe 32000 then they told me I must phone Makro ***** department and report the matter because I was admitted at Hospital by that time the purchases were made almost a month and my phone wasn't working then told me send supporting documents for my admission at hospital and the prove from MTN provider that my number was not working because they telling me the was an OTP number that was send on my number which was not working by that time because it was an online purchase. I've provided every document they needed from me and they told me they will investigate and then i keep getting calls from Makro RCS department demanding me to pay that huge amount that I didn't not make and to this day I'm still waiting for investigation on their side because they said they are investigating regarding this matter instead I get nothing from their side but they keep harassing me everyday with calls making my life a living hell and now they are threatening me with their lawyers mind you I'm trying to recover from depression from hospital. After being loyal for such a long time from Makro I get this treatment? Please advise me on what to do because I'm being handed over to the lawyer by the name of ANTHONY RICHARDS & ASSOCIATES
