Makro Crown Mines, worst service ever

worst service ever at Makro Crown Mines. when you call them you hold for 30 minutes before someone picks up the phone. when they transfer you will never reach the department that you are looking for. I have lodged a complaint with them regarding my Defy oven which I bought with them. its been almost 2 weeks now since ive been waiting for their call as they told me that they will send someone to have a look at what's the problem with it at my house and till today. The manager Deswell is rude and he told me that they are very busy with Black Friday Specials.
