Makro Crown Mines Woes

Such a horrible online experience. Ordered a weight set, and only parts of it were delivered. I kept calling Makro everyday for about a week and they told me the issue was escalated to the Crown Mines branch (where the order came from). I finally called the branch store and the manager (Kedibone Made) was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. No people skills at all, what a shame. And she sounded like she wasn’t aware of the order issue, even though it kept getting escalated to her store everyday for about a week. Throughout the ordeal, no one from Makro bothered to reach out to me, provide me with feedback, or anything, I kept spending lots and lots of airtime calling them, getting put on hold, and having them hang up on me. No customer deserves such poor treatment, especially considering that I paid everything in full. Still waiting for the rest of my order to be delivered, but you can rest assured that I will not be buying from Makro again.
