Makro Crown mines stole my money.

I’ve been calling Makro, waking into the store multiple times and no one is willing to assist me regarding a product I bought there that doesn’t work. I’m tired of exhaling that I bought a Microsoft 365 12 month product from their store and it worked for a month only. They REFUSE to refund me and they spent 3 full months telling me they are escalating the matter, till this day.. NO RESPONSE, NO REFUND.

The manager Shakier from Makro Crown mines said he’ll sort it out in a week. It’s been 3 months. 3 full months.
