Makro Crown mines *****s your money

I went to makro crown mines to purchase goods worth R3617.10 on 7th April 2021. The amount went off my bank account but Makro crown mines told me the transaction declined. The cashier kept putting the transaction through yet the amount was already out if my account. In the end they refused to give me the goods and I went back empty handed and out of pocket too. They then asked for proof which I gave from my bank which included an authorisation number for the purchase,they still refused to give stock. I had to go to my bank branch to get a bank statement which clearly indicates the transaction went off and today 16 April, again Makro crown mines has refused to give the stock. I spoke to 2 people as well as the front desk supervisor and was told they sent head office an email. How does this help me, I'm out of pocket with no stock and no money because of Makro crown mines. I will never buy from you again and I will be sure to take this matter further because I want my money back!!!!!!
