Makro crown mines pathetic delivery service

Expected delivery on the 13/08/2024 at 17h27 i got notification that my order in on the way to my place.i called the driver am told they can't deliver.this is really a pathetic service as my order leave makro crown mines at 13h00 .no valid reason as to why my order was not delivered
