Makro Crown Mines Online orders

I placed an order with Makro online and the order took way to long to be delivered, I ended up buying everything on the order somewhere else. I cancelled the order 2 weeks ago till today there's no update. I followed up and the response I receive is the matter had been escalated to the relevant department. Their WhatsApp chat advised that the order was cancelled they just need to process the refund but I haven't received an email nor SMS confirming anything.
