Makro Crown Mines, Mr Zulu needs customer training
I made a purchase at the Makro Crown Mines branch at around 12:00 today (17/7/2015) and upon exiting, I greeted and handed my slip to the guard that's supposed to check and stamp my slip. I was first in line. The guard did not greet back, simply looked past me and proceeded to help the next person right next to me. I then handed the slip to him again, he ignored me again and looked the other way.
I'm not sure if he was having a bad day but this reflects very badly on customer service for Crown Mines, it was offensive and unprovoked.
The guards name was Mr Zulu.
Makro please send this guy on customer training as I got the impression he was entitled to his job and nothing else mattered.
