Makro Crown Mines Incompetence

I have an order I placed with Makro order number Order:MAK*** on the 12 October 2024. Today is 17 October 2024 and my order has still not been packed. I normally don't complain but this is something that happens every month when I place order with Makro Crown Mines. The incompetence there is on another level. They take forever to pack orders and one by one the items that are ordered are cancelled. If Makro Crown Mines can't deliver orders, then they should say so instead of misleading the public. Or is there something that I am missing, does delivery speed depend on the size of the order not on when it was placed? I really need to know so that I can stop supporting Makro.
