MAKRO CROWN MINES INCOMPETENCE

Makro Crown Mines is a big machine of incompetence, poor customer service, lies to their customers, and they do not care. Our order of 4 paints was sent 6 weeks ago the 12th November to this day we have not recieved anything . The manager Mpho called me and **** saying we had not picked the merchandise, but we had ordered delivery, when she realised I was not taking it she back tracked saying she will investigate, its been a week today she is not answering her phone, when I call their numbers I get thrown from department to department pretending they are not the department responsible for this case. I just called now I spoke to 5 different people who pretend they do not know this Mpho woman. The sad part is that we have been using this same shop for our bulk orderes for a couple of years now, I do not recommend this particular branch they are a big machine of incompetence. we just called again they now say the paints were delivered to which address they can't tell us because they never came to us.
