MAKRO CROWN MINES - DISAPPOINTING SERVICE!!!

I wanted to purchase a Seagate 1TB external hard drive which is on special together with a 16GB flash for R859.00. When I got to the store I was assisted by Elias Katjedi and his colleague. I explained what item I was looking for. I also explained the type of USB cable I needed the hard drive to have by showing them a PICTURE of the cable. Elias' colleague confirmed that the cable in the package together with the hard drive was what I was looking for without hesitation . I asked if they have a demo or a displayed hard drive and they said No. So I had to take their word for it.<br> <br> When I got to the office, it turned out the cable in the package was NOT what I showed them on the picture. Of cause, I now had to leave work to return the item. Not impressed with the service at all
