Makro Crown Mines

I am very disappointed with the service I got at Makro Crown Mines yesterday. We waited by the floor for over 15mins without getting any assistance with every sales person passing like they do not see us until Thokozani Zaba by the tv department approached us and assisted. His service was exceptional and attended our request with ease. Makro Crown Mine is blessed to have a dedicated worker like him. I told myself I would never go back to that makro but after Thokozani's help I will definitely come back and I hope to meet more people like him in the store. I am rating Thokozani personally 5 for his service. Makro a 2 rating the rest of your staff needs customer service training.
