Makro Credit Card ***** at Engen!!!
What is the point of RCS having a ***** line that isn't 24 hours????? I have only just picked up right now, 3 weird transactions going through my MAKRO credit card AT AN ENGEN of all places, after 11pm on 1 March 2019 and wanted to put a hold on my card, but your "offices are closed" how the hell are you meant to report ***** AT ANY TIME AND PUT A STOP ON YOUR CARD before anymore charges go off, IF THE ***** LINE KEEPS OFFICE HOURS?????????????? And how the hell did they manage to use my card details WIHOUT ***MY*** I.D.????? YOU HAVE TO PRESENT YOUR I.D. WITH EACH PURCHASE?????
