Makro Courier Service

I have ordered Comfort sta soft and a a few items online on the 22nd February,the order was returned back to the store and a refund was processed. When I called to enquire, I was told that I was not available .The sad part is that I was home the whole day on the said delivery date. I went online again and ordered Comfort stasoft and satiskin,today the 26th the courier company was supposed to deliver the items. I check again on my profile and again, the order was taken back and a refund has been issued. I am working from home and was waiting for those items today,the fact that the courier company did not even bother to contact or even come to my house to deliver is beyond me. This is the worst service ever, what courier company are you using that is painting your name so bad,I will ask that you change it because they are the worst
