Makro couldn’t Care Less

I wanted to purchase a few bottles of Jagermeister and saw that Makro has 1 Litre bottles on special. Naturally I checked stock availability online and found that Carnival Store near Brakpan had in store yesterday 26 August. As I was needing for the weekend I drove from Boksburg to Brakpan to collect. When I arrived at the store I asked a lady employee where to find the items. She was very rude and told me they ran out of stock 2 days prior. Firstly why did the online request not advise me that the store was out of stock and secondly the employee made no apology and treated me with disdain. She couldn’t actually care less despite me having to travel from Boksburg to Brakpan at my cost
