Makro Cornubia worst ever

I purchased a A33 5G in August 2022. The phone has been problematic ever since. I've called on numerous occasions and been ignored, messages are never returned, even informed them via my review and emails. Makro Cornubia is the worst store ever, there's absolutely no communication. After my emails, they send two different drivers to my home to collect the phone without making arrangements with me. I refuse for a new phone to be repaired to continuously having long term problems with it. I just wish to inform this store via this platform that should I experience any loss, damage or injury as a result of me carrying this dangerous overheating device around with me, I will hold Makro liable for my legal claims as this is totally unacceptable for a brand new device to heat up this badly and freeze in the middle of important app functions.
