Makro Cornubia the worst store ever with ***** goods

Makro sells ****!!!! I bought a grass trimming machine from Makro Cornubia a week a ago. Told the sales guys how a needed the best machine, I have a huge garden in a golf estate, summer coming so snakes are popping up. Not safe for my kids. Use the machine and petrol leaks out of the engine part. We use it for less than 20 mins thinking it will settlement it doesnt. I pack it up to return. The store says during the holiday time. We must wait 14 days for the supplier to look at it. This should not be my problem if I buy something new that is broken they must take it back and replace it. Especially if I have given you the details. They are completely unsympathetic to all other considerations too. Dint sell your suppliers **** if they dont take back their fault machinery and rob your customers in the process!!!! Makro Cornubia worst service ever!!!! Horrible store with terrible personnel. Not my first bad experience with that store and their ***** goods either.

Makro Cornubia is the worst store I have ever dealt with. Hands down. I just got thr rudest call from a lady who told me that the machine was back and it was our fault. This lady professes to be an expert an expert in the science if mixing oil and petrol. She advised that your manufacturer said that there was to much oil in the mixture and it caused the oil to leak from the engine of the machine. If further advise that if the mixture is not added to the machine in perfect quantity the machine will leak the petrol and oil mixture from the engine. I am not an expert but this is not plausible. She kept screaming that we will not get a refund we must pick up our machine. She was upset when I screamed back and put the phone down. You supplier patched up this brand new broken device and made it out fault. You guys are not prepared to call them on it. Instead you call a customer and scream to come collect this ***** broken product you sold.

Makro does not care about customers. They care about Makro and supplier and their bottom line.

And Cornubia is just particularly bad on all fronts.

Unsatisfactory result.
