Makro Cornubia: REPAIR CENTRE, POOR SERVICE

Makro Repair ID: ***. Yesterday 20/11/2022 my wife returned a defy 14kg top loader washing machine for repair, mind you the machine was purchased on the 2/11/2022 and only used twice. The repair centre staff were so rude, arrogant and had such a bad attitude that a manager had to be called to defuse the issue. The staff are not trained, the service representative actually told my wife to take it home or leave the machine there and it will only be attended to in 30 days. This is unacceptable and this is now the second time. If Makro cannot provide after sale service they should not be in business and if they cannot employ educated or trained staff they should not be in business. Makro Springfield park has always been a breeze and a pleasure to shop at but because the Cornubia branch is closer its convenient, but convenience is not always better when you are treated in such a bad manner and its left a very bad impression.
