MAKRO CORNUBIA (ONLINE SERVICES)

THE WORST SERVICE AND CUSTOMER CARE EVER.

I purchased a Fridge and Washing Machine online on 27/11/19. On 2/12/19, I received a stove with all my details. I never purchased a stove. After several calls to Makro to convince them of this error, the stove was eventually collected on 5/12/19. However, my online profile reads "delivered and completed" I have been calling everyday since to find my items and on one can assist me. Even tried phoning Makro Cornubia to follow up. Management, (whose names are known to me) are still looking into the matter. Called again and they have not been able to resolve their paperwork yet; as a result they cannot dispatch the correct items. What an absolute curse to purchase from Makro. There is zero amount of Customer Service.
