Makro Cornubia - Major Appliances

I must commend Sasha Bridgemohan and Marvin Naidoo from Makro In Cornubia Mall, Major Appliances department, on their outstanding customer service and support. I purchased a KIC Freezer from the store and had trouble with it not freezing, they gave me a replacement, however I had the same problem again and endured losses with the items in the freezer being spoilt, Sasha assisted me to quickly resolve the issues without me having to make a whole lot of calls or go to the store personally, I liaised with her via email and she was absolutely professional and helpful. It's amazing employees like Sasha Bridgemohan and Marvin Naidoo who helps consumers to forget bad experiences and still look foward to shopping at Makro. A huge thank you to these two amazing souls.
