Makro cornubia kzn, Bennett read. Microwave

Most pathetic unprofessional service ever received. Purchased a microwave a Bennett read microwave was **** to buy a sales agent that the product has an extended warranty, product malfunctioned 6 months later, infact prior to 6 months due to work commitments i had taken the unit in to the store a week pass 6 months only to be given new information that the unit is no longer under warranty. I was furious as this was not what was promised when purchasing the unit, spoke to a brand ambassador who then called his area manager spoke in a different language and then decided to brush me off, called for a store manager nassif who then assured me that my unit would be assessed on the same day and feedback provided, this in presence of a so called area manager for Bennett read who has no manner of even addressing a customer, 4 days after taking my unit no response given, called in to find out there was no staff to assess the unit, i firmly mentioned in store i refuse to have a repair done as the microwave was still in brand new condition barely used so i cannot have a repair, all i asked was for a replacement not a refund. On a booking in slip makro had signed and agreed that my unit will not be repaired. And it will take 72 hours for assessment. All hogwash! Misleading customers without due diligence, almost a month later a get a call from a rude nompumelelo from makro cornubia kzn who called me whilst i was at a funeral to suddenly tell me they are awaiting spares, to my shock i told her i did not agree to a repair, so what spares? She went further to be rude saying shes on a lunch break cannot call back, however after asking her if she has a 5 hour lunch break she agreed to call back at 1pm 2 weeks later, still no call. At this point i feel ive been ****** by makro cornubia as well as Bennett read. Completely dishonest, ***********, ******, rude service.
