Makro cornubia kwa zulu natal indecency to help

In the the year 2020 I bought a ultra d-link projector at the cost of R7500 with a 2 year warranty. I had been to makro cornubia based in kwa zulu natalto send it in for fixing as the projector had a fault ...it took up to 6 months for it to get fixed,failure to do so they gave a brand new device and queried if I wanted an extended 3year warranty on it I agreed and paid R800.

Unfortunately the device blew in the back the cord burnt out etc I took it back in January 2025 we are in march and they still haven't sorted the device out ...the guys who assisted me states they no longer work on the case it's gone to management Every week I call and ask to get called back but no one does not even management And according to them management is on holiday acting manager can't help So radiculous This is the most pathetic store with the most amount of rude workers I have names of everyone who didn't want to assist Even management

They refuse to fix the projector as they as stating no reprint slip of the new projector that was suppose to be given to me and management stated they want to refund me on the extended Warren I took and give me back my broken projector This is my 4th time coming and going for the same reason But it was a fault from their side Most pathetic I will never shop at makro ever It's so sad As we work hard or try to work from home and now we can't due to thier negligence
