Makro Cornubia Inefficient and Rude

My 80 year old dad purchased a tumble dryer from Mskro Cornubia.upon installation we noticed a defect .The appliance was sparking and needed to be taken back.The appliance was returned 2 days later and Makro Cornubia refused to take back the appliance and refund the money..After much debate the appliance was taken back however to date there has been no refund given This is not the first time that makro cornubia has given us bad service. Please stay away from this store as their inefficiency is highly unacceptable for a reputable company.. Being difficult to pensioners and treating them with disrespect doesn't go down well either.
