Ordered something online for pick up at the store next day and it's still "order in progress" yet my colleague who ordered for delivery the day after I placed my order has his ordered packed and ready for delivery

Call the call center and they are rude and of no help and there's no managers to assist and when I call the store where I was supposed to pick it up they say the online department in that store is too busy to help me and there's Nobody in the whole store that can assist us and provide some peace of mind

When I ask them to then cancel the order because I needed this to gift somebody they cut the call on me
