Makro contact centre serves no purpose. I’ve been contacting them asking to speak to a manager,team leader or supervisor regarding a refund case lodged in December I’m promised call backs from Mawethu or Hector Mokaba. 6 months of investigation and you’ll still don’t have answers,poor customer service. Pathetic. Even when you ask the agents for an update they sound very unsure.MAK*** I WANT MY MONEY. One of your useless agents **** and said the money was paid into my account.
