Makro consultants lie

I bought a TV that had a sound bar as part of the special on the 17th of November 2018. The sound bar was out of stock but the sales person said that it would come in the week after and that he will call. No call. We phoned each week and still the consultant never phoned after promising after each of our phone calls that he will find out what is going on and let us know. Fed up with the **** service from them, we went back to Makro. The other sales consultant said that there is a back log on the sound bar and that the shipment will be comming in on the 24th of December 2018. And still nothing. Went in today and still no sound bar. And still no calls from Makro to give feedback to us. So fed up with the lies from consultants that promise to phone but never do.
