Makro Connubia horrible service .

Makro Cornubia, I am not impressed at all with their service. My husband and I went to buy a chest freeze on a black Friday. We were promised that the fridge would be delivered on following Monday, we waited no phone call, and no fridge was delivered and I called them, only for then they told me that they have a backlog, and they promised to deliver it on Tuesday, again they never called I called them again and they apologized and promised to deliver it Wednesday . Wednesday came and they did not call or deliver the fridge my husband called them and was told that they can't find our invoice, and we should give them time to investigate. My question is, if we did not call, they were not going to inform us that there is an issue with the invoice. Thursday now as I write this review, my husband went to MARKO to try and get this issue resolved. I feel they don't care about their customers as long as they make their sales that is fine with them, our food is rotting, and they care less because it doesn't affect them.
