Makro Condoning *****, False Adverti*****ts and poor service.

I bought a small solar system that was falsely advertised on their platform by JustSimplifiedSA.

The product was purchased on the 18th of January.

It was delivered on the 23rd of January.

I tried to communicate with Makro and was then instructed to log a return.

The return was logged on the 3rd of February 2025 and till now February the 19th they haven't collected.

I called Makro multiple times they said they are struggling to get a hold of the the supplier JustSimplifiedSA

However they managed to contact them and get them to update their advert and they also hide my review which was informing clients of their misleading advert and for ****ming people.
