Makro Complete Lack of Communication

I placed an order on the 18th of December with expected delivery 27th of December. I have not heard anything more regarding my order after placing it, I have tried emailing customer service & received no response. I have tried reaching out via the WhatsApp lines but was unsuccessful in getting what I actually need. This is a R10,000.00+ transaction that has been taken off my credit card & I have nothing to show for it. I NEED feedback on my order, where is it? When can I expect delivery? Order number: MAK***
